Dr. Rose McParland DC is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care by integrating rehabilitation exercises, soft tissue therapy, and adjustment techniques. She tailors treatment plans to support long-term wellness and functional recovery, adapting her approach to include low-force techniques while working closely with patients to develop personalized strategies. With experience treating a diverse range of individuals, from CrossFit athletes to those recovering from motor vehicle accidents, she values a dynamic, collaborative approach to care.

Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in the San Francisco Bay Area, Rose also completed a clinical rotation at the Department of Defense Veterans Affairs Hospital in Redding, California. There, she gained experience working with veterans of all ages in the Rehabilitation Department.

Dr. Rose McParland DC has advanced training in Myofascial Decompression Therapy (Cupping Therapy), complementing traditional compression-based soft tissue manipulation. She is also trained in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), using exercise techniques to enhance muscular stability and movement.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Rose McParland DC enjoys exploring the chilly waters of Vancouver Island, whether surfing or snorkeling along its stunning coastline.
