• Have a few extra pillows and a blanket ready in case additional support or warmth is needed

• Provide a small chair or low stool for the practitioner to use during head and neck work

• Try to minimize the walking distance from your front door to the treatment area

• Let us know if your home has stairs, tight spaces, or specific access instructions

• Reserve the closest parking spot possible to assist with bringing in the massage table and supplies

• If you have your own massage table, please let us know when booking

• If your location is difficult to find (e.g., behind a gate, rural, hidden suite), include clear directions or access codes

• Complete your intake forms online before your appointment, or ask a loved one to assist if needed
