Clinic Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges your way. However, to ensure the smooth running of our services and to accommodate other clients who may be in need of an appointment, we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  1. 24-Hour Notice: Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client or prevents our therapists from making unnecessary trips to the clinic.
  2. Less Than 24-Hour Notice or No-Show: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you provide less than 24 hours notice of cancellation  or if you miss your appointment without informing us, you will be invoiced for the missed appointment.
  3. Cancellation for Illness Policy : We will try to reschedule the therapist from our data base in the event of a short notice cancellation. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the booking fee in the event of illness if we do not receive at least 3 hours notice prior to your scheduled booking.
 Your cancelled or unattended appointments cannot be billed to your insurance.

You can cancel by sending us an email to [email protected] and calling, if no one answers, you are required to send an email. We keep credit cards on file only for missed bookings without appropriate notice.
