Val Lange (RCC, RYT-500) has been immersed in yoga for more than 30 years. Her teaching centers on slow-flow sequences that blend hatha asanas, gentle vinyasa, and full-body lengthening practices. Val’s classes invite students to connect breath with movement, fostering body awareness, nervous-system balance, and a sense of grounding. Each session offers space to slow down, release tension, and explore mindful, creative flow in a way that feels accessible for all levels.>
Teaching online from her home on Cortes Island, BC, Val brings warmth, depth, and sensitivity to her practice. She draws on her background as a yoga instructor, bodyworker, and clinical counsellor to create a supportive, trauma-informed environment where students can move safely and with ease. Her goal is to help students cultivate resilience, presence, and inner calm—on the mat and beyond.>
