The Feldenkrais Method is a study in learning and human function. Our developmental movement and how we begin to define our adult posture, our lifelong mobility and functioning with gravity, is started while we are playing on the floor as a child. After this there is a lifetime of learning about ourselves and how we do things. We never have to stop being curious we never have to become bored, stuck or disinterested in who we are and how we are in our worlds. Change is possible!
